    Orientalist:
This is a group of people that deliberately traveled to the East so as to learn about their language, culture and religion. They never intended to assist them but their aim is to fight their Religion.

Orientalists go as far as studying more of the fundamentals of the Religion. The studies they exhibit is termed “Oriental Studies“ which refer to the academic studies that embraces near eastern culture, language, people history and ideology.

The so called Orientalists came up with series of criticism and presented some verse of The Holy Quran and The Hadith of the Holy Prophet such that they wish to establish the fact that Islam is not a Divine Religion. Some of the critics are as follow.

*On the basis of a tradition reported by Imam Bukhary and Imam Muslim which was reported by Seyyidah 'Aisha(r.t.a) that the Holy Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w) once heard one of His Companions reciting the Holy Quran and said "rohimahu LLahu (may Allah be pleased with him)you have remind me that i have almost forgotten". They try to claim that some part of the Quran my have been forgotten by the Prophet with this Hadith. The response to this critics by Islamic Scholars was that the Holy Prophet forgot but the verse was one of the abrogated verses.

There came another critics by orientalists that 'Why is "wahy"(the revelation)restricted to some number of people? They made a claim that it should be distributed among people who are not actually Prophets. The response given to this is that the Holy Prophets (starting from Prophet Adam and ending on Prophet Muhammad) who received wahy from Allah through the Angel, are unique beings and the Revelation can't be given to ordinary people because its comprehension requires special traits. People differ which makes their intellect differs. Thus, Revelation should be restricted to Special people.

Another important issue they tried to create was the difference in places of Revelation. They claim that The Holy Quran should have a particular place or city it was revealed and it should not be in different cities as we claim it was. To us Al-Quran's revelation was took place under two broad readings which includes the;-
    Makky and Modany Revelations.
The Makky Revelations were revelations received by The Nobel Prophet before Hijrah. This period, He stayed mostly in Macca and its outskirts. While Madany Revelations were revealed after Hijrah. The answer this criticism is that there are some features that governs the Makky Revelations. This features include:-
    #At-tawheed (monotheism ), #Solat,
#Believing in The unseen (Allah's existence), #Challenges to the people of old,
#Short verses and the uniqueness (elegance)

Other features differentiate The Modany Revelations, which were revealed after Hijrah, from The Makky. These features includes;-
    *Long verses,
    *Laws,
    *The style is comparatively simple,
    *Jihad,
*Addressing The People of The Book and The Hypocrites.
Conclusively, orientalists tried so many attempt so as to de-value the Divinity of The Noble Quran and Sunnah but did not succeeded because The Holy Quran was not revealed by human but by the Lord of The Universe, Allah (subhanahu wa ta`ala), Holy Prophet Muhammad never act nor speak on His own Personal Interest, but what He hears He says (Surat-un-Najim: 3-4).

Though, the summary is very good but there is mixed up in your first point as regard the argument of the Orientalists. The answer provided was for another point. The correct answer is that forgetfulness is part of human.
