If an event occured and you have gotten the answer and it happens again after 10years, the same event happened again , is it compulsory to seek for the answer again?

The answer is between yes and no for the following reasons ; it is yes because , if what happened presently re-occur after 10yrs, the condition of the present and the past events is quite different , then it is that we should seek for a different answer .

No , because , if what has happened presently and re-occur in the next 10yrs and the condition of the past is still the samething with the past, then we may use the same answer of the past .

there are those who do not oblige to call for second fatwa.they say the principle is to retain the status quo.on the other hand,there are those who disagree with the person retaining the first fatwa.
