The fourth hadeeth complied by Al-Imam An-Nawawy in his fourthy hadeeth centered on scientific aspect of knowledge , through Al-Quran and Hadeeth is not scientific reference but Almighty Allah name it in miraculous book( both in Al-Quran and Hadeeth) because it encomprises all branch of knowledge. The prophet who is unlettered(UMMIYYU) who has taught every knowledgeable person irrespective of his/her discipline. He talked about almost all branches of knowledge this means he never talked on his own view but he only speaks on what has been revealed to him.
This hadeeth which was authorized by Abdullah ibn Mashood ( may Allah be pleased with him) eventually narrates the status of human being even before he/she arrives atmosphere process whereby the foetus will go through before it becomes an infant . by this time the file of each being will prepared with this period of time which is approximately four consecutive months. That is the first fourty days after the sexual intercause between male and female, both will have to produce nutfah( adrop), according to reference from the Quran the female sperm is from (TARAAIB) which means the ribs and the male from the backward. This two natfah mixed and be stored in the female ovary by the wonderful work of Allah. It will mixed together and lapse for fourthy days in natsfah, after that it will later turn to Alaqah( cloth of blood ) for another fourthy day then it will later turn to mudghah( morsel of flesh).
